At Lux Designs Outlet, we understand the excitement of receiving your fine jewelry purchases. We have established the following shipping policies to ensure your items reach you safely and securely.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Standard Shipping (Free over $100)

  • Delivery within 3-5 business days
  • Free for orders over $100
  • $7.95 for orders under $100
  • Available for all 48 contiguous United States

Express Shipping

  • Delivery within 2 business days
  • $19.95 flat rate
  • Available for all 50 United States

Overnight Shipping

  • Next business day delivery
  • $29.95 flat rate
  • Order must be placed before 2 PM EST
  • Available for all 50 United States

Insurance and Security

All shipments are fully insured at no additional cost to you. Each package is:

  • Fully insured against loss or damage
  • Shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging
  • Requires signature upon delivery for orders over $500
  • Tracked from our facility to your door

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We plan to expand our shipping services to international customers in the future. Please sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about shipping updates.

Special Handling

Fine jewelry requires special care during shipping. Our process includes:

  • Individual protective packaging for each piece
  • Cushioned shipping boxes
  • Tamper-evident seals
  • Detailed handling instructions for carriers

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • An email confirmation with tracking information
  • Real-time tracking updates
  • Delivery notification

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. boxes (due to signature requirements)
  • Freight forwarders
  • APO/FPO addresses

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged:

  • Contact our customer service immediately
  • We will initiate a claim with the carrier
  • A replacement will be shipped or a refund issued
  • All claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery date
