At Lux Designs Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we've made our returns process as simple as possible.
Return Window
- 30-day return window for unworn, unaltered items
- Items must be in original condition with all packaging and documentation
- Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale
- Sale items are final sale unless defective
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free from damage, scratches, or alterations
- Include all original packaging, boxes, and jewelry pouches
- Include all certificates, authenticity cards, and documentation
- Have all original tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
- Special orders or made-to-measure items
Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service to initiate your return
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RA number and original receipt
- Ship the item using our provided return label
Shipping Returns
For your protection, we recommend:
- Using insured shipping
- Obtaining tracking information
- Packaging items securely to prevent damage
Return shipping costs:
- Free returns within the US for orders over $200
- $9.95 return shipping fee for orders under $200
- Free returns for defective items regardless of order value
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 2 business days
- You will receive an email confirming your refund
- Refund will be issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days for credit card refunds
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or styles within 30 days of purchase. For exchanges:
- Contact customer service to initiate the exchange
- Receive an Exchange Authorization number
- Ship the original item back following our return process
- Once received, we'll ship your exchange item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange free return shipping
- Choose between a replacement or full refund
Warranty Information
All our jewelry comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes:
- Stone setting issues
- Clasp malfunctions
- Structural defects
- Plating issues
